Delete your account

You can delete your Spiritful account at any time, from the app or from this page, without reinstalling the app.

Option 1: in the app

Open Spiritful and go to Settings → Account → Delete account.

To delete only what the Agent knows about you, go to Settings → Your Context.

Option 2: request it by email

Write to support.spiritful.app@breakinsoft.com from the email linked to your account, or tell us how you signed in (Google, Apple or email). We may ask you to confirm your identity first.

Request account deletion

What happens to your data

  • Everything that identifies you is deleted: your email and sign-in details, your user ID, and any identifier that connects data to you.
  • Everything that is left is fully anonymized, with no way to connect it back to you. Anything that cannot be reliably anonymized is deleted instead.
  • We complete this within 30 days, except for what we must keep by law. Backup copies are overwritten within 35 days.
  • Subscriptions are managed by the App Store or Google Play. Deleting your account does not cancel them: cancel in your store account settings.
